MIA: how Hidral's virtual assistant works

It allows lifting professionals to consult information about products, technical documentation and after-sales service directly from the corporate website.

MIA: how Hidral's virtual assistant works

Five decades of technical knowledge, now also in conversational form

With five decades of experience and a presence in more than 120 countries, Hidral offers a broad range of lifts, goods lifts, car lifts and accessibility platforms for installers, consultancies and other lifting professionals. For those who work with this equipment, being able to access information quickly and easily is essential to handle enquiries and resolve issues effectively.

MIA was created to make that knowledge more accessible. Developed together with Clover AI and specialised with Hidral's own content, the assistant acts as a first level of support: it guides enquiries, helps identify products and brings technical documentation closer to professionals without replacing the support of the technical and commercial teams.

Technical scope

Questions about specific models, answered from Hidral's documentation

MIA can locate information about Hidral product families such as EH, QH, EHM, MH, ECH, DH, PH, MTH, SH and UH/UHe. Professionals can ask about fault codes, doors and accesses, installation requirements, dimensions, safety components, hydraulic systems, maintenance, manuals, electrical diagrams, applicable standards and declarations of conformity.

For example, MIA can help determine whether a Hidral QHV can use vertical-opening doors, explain a fault code on a Hidral DH, find the dimensions required by an EH-1500 or locate an electrical diagram. To provide the answer for a particular configuration, MIA consults the technical information available from Hidral.
